U.S. Shipping

Optional expedited shipping, when offered, is customer-paid and disclosed before purchase. Expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable after fulfillment.
Estimated standard delivery: 5–8 business days after processing. Carrier conditions and destination may affect delivery timing.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or limited items may require up to 7–10 business days for production. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If an order appears lost, delayed, or not delivered, email rtm@rockinthemerch.com with your order number.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed products in original condition with tags may be returned within 30 days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
RTM pays return, replacement, and reshipping costs for damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise misfulfilled products.
Preference, style, and sizing returns are processed as a return followed by a new order—not a direct exchange. The customer pays applicable return shipping.
Sale and custom products are final except for defects, damage, incorrect products, or fulfillment errors.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after RTM processes and approves the return.
