Return Policy

We want you to love your Rockin The Merch gear! If something’s not quite right, here’s our policy to make it right:

• Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
• Returns for Other Reasons (e.g., Sizing): We do not stock items post-return due to our fulfillment process. If you need a different size or style, please reach out to us, and we’ll help arrange a new order. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
• Return Conditions: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and custom-made items are final and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• How to Start a Return: Email us at rtm@rockinthemerch.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the necessary steps to proceed.

Note: Refunds, when applicable, will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we process the return.
